AQM International Consulting bv (further on AQM) has already a long history on work study, but convert also with processes into flow production, with or without takt. In automotive, metal-electro, aerospace and logistics, at home and abroad.

Kaizen, Gemba, Lean, TQM fits perfectly with the standard time method of MTM (Methods Time Measurement, has been based on predetermined times). MTM’s large advantage is that costs can be avoided during the development of new products. Largest power lies in the attention on the method, the standard time is a reliable derivative of it; including performance index.

AQM works with attention to the employee. That happens already during the analysis phase. The result is presented in a visual manner.
